Strata plumbing is the work carried out across strata-titled buildings — the unit blocks, apartment complexes and townhouse groups that have filled out Nundah Village and the streets around the train station. It spans the shared common-property network (sewer and water risers, common hot water plant, stormwater and shared drain lines that run between dwellings) as well as the plumbing inside each individual lot. A strata plumber has to understand how a body corporate is structured, how common property is defined, and what documentation a committee needs for its records.
