Pipe Relining Nundah
Nundah's heritage Queenslanders and character cottages sit on established blocks where old earthenware and cast-iron sewers crack and fill with roots from the mature trees around them. Trenchless pipe relining rebuilds those lines from the inside — no trenches through your character garden, paths or driveway, and a finished pipe rated to last 50+ years.
Pipe Relining in Nundah — Repair the Sewer Without Disturbing a Heritage Block
As one of Brisbane's oldest settlements, Nundah is full of pre-war and post-war homes whose sewer and drain lines were laid in earthenware (vitreous-clay) and cast iron decades ago. Those pipes are brittle now — they crack, the joints shift, and the roots of the established gardens and mature street trees push in wherever there's a gap. Replacing them the traditional way means trenching through character paths, driveways and planting that often can't be easily put back.
Relining rebuilds the pipe from the inside instead. A resin-saturated liner is drawn through the existing line and cured into a hard, jointless pipe-within-a-pipe. No open trenches, no torn-up garden, and a smooth bore that gives roots nothing to grip — backed by a liner rated for 50+ years.
We reline sewer, stormwater and drain lines for homes, character cottages, units and commercial sites across Nundah, Northgate, Clayfield, Toombul, Banyo, Wavell Heights, Ascot and the wider inner north, working around the tight access these older streets are known for.

How Pipe Relining Works
It's a methodical process, and it always starts with a look inside — so you know exactly what's wrong with the line before you commit to anything.
CCTV Inspection
We run a camera down the line to pinpoint exactly what's wrong — cracks, root breaks, collapsed joints or corroded cast iron — and how far along the pipe it sits.
Clean the Pipe
We high-pressure jet the line to cut out invading roots, scale and debris, leaving clean pipe wall for the new liner to bond to.
Insert & Cure Liner
A resin-saturated liner is drawn in and inflated tight against the pipe wall, then cured with heat or UV light into a rigid, seamless new pipe sitting inside the old one.
Final Camera Check
One last camera pass confirms the liner has cured and bonded, the line is watertight and full flow is back — all before we pack up and leave your block as we found it.

Pipe Relining Costs
Cost comes down to pipe diameter, length, access and condition — we give you a clear fixed price quote once the CCTV inspection is done.
What a reline costs depends on the diameter and length of the line, how many sections or junctions are involved, the access points on the property, and the state of the pipe once it's been jetted clean. On Nundah's older blocks the access is often the deciding factor, which is why we won't put a number on a reline until the CCTV inspection is done — it's the only honest way to price it.
More often than not, relining works out cheaper than digging the pipe out once you add up the excavation, rebuilding concrete or paving, and replacing established planting. We'll lay both options side by side so you can make the call with the full picture.
Simple repairs start from $442.36. Larger relining jobs are quoted fixed-price upfront after the CCTV assessment.
